HISTORY  of  SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI ®  &
SIN JUTSU ®  CONCEPT  ( Concept of Real Skills )

   Founder SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI SOKE Oleg J. Shepruth has begun studying KENPO in October, 1977. He lucky enough in that he isn't just convinced and continue to make sure this day. He isn't poisoned ideas SPORTS - he was always interested in a pragmatic approach to any technique that ever learn ! SOKE Oleg J. Shepruth always say, he's not the sportsman. Moreover, he didn't take part in official sports competitions on any single combats. Maybe except for experience of competitions on the JUDO in the age of 11-12 years. As for the practice of the real fight, he had to complain about a lack of situations to test own combat skills... SOKE Oleg J. Shepruth for the first time have crossed threshold Dojo in the age of 11 years. There's enough late but what to do is was so. Then in Russia ( the former USSR ) studying of KENPO as Real Combat was forbidden. Those who studied KENPO openly, could get in GULAG. Therefore at that time style ÊENPO which studied SOKE under SENSEI Nikolai Nikiforov , named the Judo Self-Defense. Then SOKE studied Kyokushinkai Karate under one of pioneers of this style in the USSR - SEMPAI Alexander Gribov . During service in the Soviet Army ( Spetsnaz ), SOKE studied Operative Combat & Ju-Jutsu under best Spetsnaz-instructors, and having finished Army service - also studied Boxing under Alexander Artemiev , WBC referee, the Int'l Class Master of Sports of the USSR, a member of USSR Boxing Olympic Team, and also studied Full Contact Karate under one of pioneers of this style in the USSR, SHIHAN Valery Borovkov . Beginning of instructor in KENPO SOKE Oleg J. Shepruth participated in Real Combat seminars and on one of them has met with SHIHAN Stephen Morris , which studied under one of first United States' student of KAICHO Shigeru Nakamura , founder of OKINAWA KENPO. And SOKE also studied OKINAWA KENPO KOBUDO under SHIHAN Stephen Morris like personal student.

   SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI beginning from the first group who has been generated in October, 1991 under direction of SOKE Oleg J. Shepruth . Studying KENPO technics, fighters of the first group mastered also related arts - Kyokushinkai Karate & Full Contact Karate. Subsequently, in September, 1992, the basic group of KENPO fighters has been generated. The group was included structurally into DoMo Association ( Full Contact Karate ) and in December, 1992 fighters of both groups have been certified on blue belts of Full Contact Karate.

   By virtue of some the reasons since December, 1993 of group have been compelled to begin independent development, actually continuing to study of KENPO. Then, on the basis of two initial groups, "SIN JUTSU" KENPO Club into which management following instructors have entered has been generated: SOKE Oleg J. Shepruth & SENSEI Andrei Nechaev . In December, 1993 the basic Concept of REAL SKILLS OF COMBAT - SIN JUTSU KENPO for the first time has been formulated.

SIN JUTSU Concept ( Concept of Real Skills ) is simple, as all of genius. But all over again it is necessary to understand with terms, which many understand incorrectly. So, that such concept as includes Martial Art term ?! In SIN JUTSU KENPO KAI consider, that Martial Art - is, got as a result of the studying, skill to fight. PAY ATTENTION: TO NOT PLAY with each other in comfortable conditions by in advance known rules & to conduct FIGHT in which accessible means are good ALL and by YOUR LIFE is ! December, 2008 - SOKE Oleg J. Shepruth was honored master rank - 9th dan
EBS SELF DEFENSE SYSTEM by FAMILIA EBS KENPO INTERNACIONAL as Int'l Community of
Martial Arts for outstanding merits in Martial Arts & KENPO worldwide propagation

January, 2009 - on KODANSHA KAI ( Council of KENPO Senior Black Belts )
the decision on acceptance in structure Int'l Real Combat Association
was accepted KENPO DOJO of South Korea & KENPO DOJO of Paraguay

February, 2009 - SOKE Oleg J. Shepruth , under own initiative, has resigned of
Vice-president of International KEMPO-KARATE & KOBUDO Federation ( IKKKF ) in
connection with impossibility to combine function of worldwide propagation and
development of sports KEMPO direction from IKKKF & traditional KENPO direction
from Int'l Real Combat Association ( IRCA )

March, 2009 - fair decision SOKE Oleg J. Shepruth has caused inadequate resonance
also has served as an occasion for of some arrogant actions of a KENPO DOJO of Ukraine
management. And, despite of applications SOKE for unwillingness to break off partner attitudes,
the Ukraine Rep unilaterally were completely communications between our Int'l KENPO
organizations & KENPO-kas are broken off all...
   At extraordinary session KODANSHA KAI ( Council of KENPO Senior Black Belts ) Int'l Real
Combat Association the decision on the termination of powers and closing KENPO DOJO of Ukraine

was accepted KENPO DOJO of Taiwan ( R.O.C. ) and also about
the termination of powers and closing KENPO DOJO of China ( PRC )
